Mean Green Junk Removal opens its first public headquarters in Corinth, Texas.
CORINTH, TX, UNITED STATES, October 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Mean Green Junk Removal, a veteran-founded, family-owned junk removal, cleanout, and light demolition company, has opened its first public headquarters in Corinth, Texas. The site became its publicly listed business address on October 8, 2026. The opening follows an ownership change and rebuild that took the business from the brink of closure to a six-truck fleet serving four North Texas counties.
The public headquarters gives Mean Green Junk Removal a fixed, visible base in Denton County, the center of a service area that also covers Collin County, northern Dallas County, and northern Tarrant County. For a service business whose crews routinely work inside homes, garages, attics, and rental properties, a permanent local address is a practical marker of accountability for homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients. The company currently operates six trucks, each with an 18-cubic-yard capacity, and holds a 5.0-star rating across more than 1,600 Google reviews.
The milestone carries particular weight given the company’s history. Mean Green Junk Removal was co-founded in 2021 by a retired U.S. Army pilot and grew to seven employees and three trucks before running into financial difficulty. Trevan Fenner, who had joined the company as operations manager, worked without pay for three months in an effort to keep the business running. He then purchased the company with a loan from his parents and rebuilt it with a crew that included trusted friends and former baseball teammates. Since that rebuild, the fleet has doubled in size.
“When this business nearly closed, the open question was whether it would still be around the following year,” said Trevan Fenner, Owner and CEO of Mean Green Junk, LLC. “A public headquarters answers that question for the customers, property managers, and crew members who depend on this company. Every job completed and every review earned since the rebuild led to this point, and the headquarters gives the team a permanent foundation in the same community where the business started.”
Mean Green Junk Removal provides residential and commercial junk removal, along with house, estate, hoarding, garage, attic, office, and property management cleanouts. The company also performs light demolition of sheds, decks, fences, and similar structures, and removes yard debris, storm debris, and construction debris. Crews complete the lifting and loading on site, and usable or recyclable items are routed to local donation and recycling partners when possible to reduce the volume of material sent to area landfills.
The headquarters opening also strengthens the company’s ties to the local business community. Mean Green Junk Removal holds chamber of commerce memberships across the region, including in Denton, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, and Flower Mound, and serves customers across the northern half of the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
